New customers can Trade-In eligible corded kitchen appliances from any brand, while existing Thermomix® customers can Trade-Up their old-model Thermomix®. Eligible appliances must be corded and cannot be lithium-ion battery operated.
After purchase, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your appliances, including a postage-paid shipping label.
Once your appliances have been lodged with Australia Post, your TM7 will be dispatched within 10 business days, subject to stock availability.

No, this offer is only valid if you return your current Thermomix® or appliance via the appropriate methods as per the offer T&Cs.
You have 10 business days from the date of your Trade-Up order to lodge your return with Australia Post. If your return is not lodged within this time frame, your order will be cancelled.
Yes, your return label includes shipping of your old Thermomix® or corded appliance with Australia Post.
All returned Thermomix® machines will either be refurbished and repurposed or recycled, and may be resold. Where possible, other returned appliances will also be recycled or disposed of responsibly.
It's not possible for us to return your Thermomix® to you if you change your mind.
