My Thermomix has been part of my life since 2007. I’m sure those magic blades have spun a billion times, feeding my family, catering for barbecues and parties, acting as my trusty kitchen helper and enabler. I know the beeps and chugs of my Thermomix as well as I know the voices of my children! In 2011, I gathered recipes from chefs and bloggers for my book In the Mix: Great Thermomix Recipes, extending my repertoire immensely. Now, with the help of my Thermomix, I can produce restaurant-quality meals using recipes from some of the world’s best chefs and cooks. It’s been an inspiring, fun and delicious cooking journey so far but I still feel like there are a lot of tasty Thermomix surprises in store for me: it’s truly a machine that keeps on giving.
