Thermomix Warranty

Thermomix has been manufactured to exacting standards using only highest quality materials. It has been designed to provide many years service provided it is operated and maintained correctly.

Thermomix and Varoma carry a 24 month warranty against faulty parts and workmanship when used in a domestic environment and a 6 month warranty against faulty parts and workmanship when used in a commercial environment.

Within this period, Thermomix in Australia will repair or replace, at it’s option, defective parts at no charge. This warranty only applies if the machine is used and cared for in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Vorwerk ‘Operating Instructions for Thermomix’ Manual provided at the time of purchase.
