"Why didn't I buy the Thermomix TM31 sooner?" That is the question I keep asking myself constantly!

The TM31 (or "Herbie" as he is affectionately nicknamed by me) is an incredible help to me in my restaurant. Not only am I making fantastic Risottos, Sauces, Sorbets and Cakes but I can proudly say I now make my own Butter and Mascarpone Cheese for the most delicious Tiramisu!

"Herbie" has become an integral part of my kitchen operations. It has saved me time, money and given me enormous inspiration to create my own recipes.
